i know there are several, some of them free, some shareware, and obviously some not free. i believe one is included in some versions of apples "mpw" (macintosh programers workshop). it's a large download but worth while, you can download the whole thing in a compressed file or pieces. check the developer pages at apple.com. you may have to register but it's free. the mpw i believe also includes macsbug (which you will need, get some of the shareware/freeware enhancements for it as well) and either resedit or preferably resourcerer, which isn't free but much better. you can also do a web search for 68k or 68000 assembler and find some, not all of them meant to run on a mac. motorola also has some good sample programs and i think still has a free assembler for 68k that will run on the mac, but it's hard to find, try searching for "bulletin board", which is where it used to be but is now also available on the net.
