No flames in that digest, but the "blocking rules" could be responding to 
something as innocuous as <http://212-228-11-235> (I've switched hyphens 
for periods), since those kind of URLs are often used for porn, warez, 
and other types of unwanted sites.

That's the only thing I can see in digest 1252 that might have set off 
"blocking rules" -- any other suggestions?
