Reseat and/or clean or replace the internal SCSI cable (both ends!). I
suppose the HD in question was working before (and has a suitable System
Folder, of course). If you are not sure about this, make sure the internal
HD is properly terminated and set to a SCSI ID not taken by another device
on the SCSI bus (ID 3 is usually taken by the CD-ROM, for instance. Use
SCSI Probe to verify this; be extremely careful if it says "bus not
terminated", this can be caused by a lot of SCSI problems).
