I had one of those drives back when they came out. From "PLI", "Peripheral Land Incorporated." It lasted about two years before it died. And I believe I did use it on my wife's Plus. Which is also dead, by the way.
If you like, I have at least one -- maybe two -- of the "Floptical" disks you can have ... in exchange for data retrieval to CD! The drive itself was tossed long ago. I *may* also have the driver somewhere, if you need it. Reply off-list.
