On the analogue boards it's not so critical, but Ratty Shark has a couple
decent grounded ones for about $8.  Only 15 watts, though, so they take a while
to heat up and cool off fast.  Something more like 40W would be better but a
decent 40W grounded Weller station is more like $125.
