I did disconnect the extra drive and I get the same
thing.  I'll try replacing or cleaning the memory
tonight to see if that fixes it.

There was no error message.  I think I shut down the
Mac because I wanted to replace the drive in the
external case.  When I booted back up, she was in
cardiac arrest.
