Yes, I'm sure. Not only because the pinout is the same. Also my Apple //c
manual states that the mouse is the same model used by the Lisa and the
Macintosh. And a few years ago, a friend of mine lended me a mouse from a Mac
128, I plugged it into my //c, and it worked!
