The problem with that is that it could be quite inconvenient for antipodean members, as their 'posting evening' would be on the day before the 'official' day, and hence easy to forget. Let's not get too worried about this.
But, if it is decided to post on a given day, will there be a limit as toI would envisage one post per person per swap day, with a limit on items and a requirement for brief descriptions, not a cut and paste of the relevant description off the Apple web site! ;-)

But it will be _crucial_ that people don't fill the list with complaints, "It was posted 3 nanoseconds too late", "It is one line longer than allowed", "Revision D of that item, with version X cables, only fits Classics made in Singapore when there was a full moon".
Once that culture of whinging happens, the first swap day will be the last!
