Where's the reset switch, if indeed there even is one, on a Mac Plus?

The reset switch was an added piece that mounted in the cooling vents in the left rear corner of the Plus as you're looking from the front. The two buttons contact two switches on the circuit board. If you don't have that extry plastic gizmo, you can still reach them with a flat implement stuck through the vent. Plastic is preferred, and you need to be gentle - they are easily damaged. One is an actual programmer's switch, it brings up a low-level hardware prompt in which you can type Assembly commands (can't remember any of these and I sold all my books) and the other resets the whole machine.
