As far as the power supply not having enough oomph, you never know.My SE/30 used to run great with a NIC and video card in the PDS slot and an accelerator in the CPU socket, but not anymore. I found that I had to pull the NIC to get it to boot now. I guess some of the components of the power supply age over time...
Keep in mind that the diimo probably pulls quite a bit of juice...

I doubt it's an issue with the power supply being too meager. I've heard of people stacking a NIC, accelerator, and Xceed and still getting enough power. The space is rather tight, with the DiiMO almost touching the frame on on side, drive bracket on the other, and monitor in front, so I've wondered if I could be shorting something? I've lined potential contact points with electrical tape. The connection with the right-angle adapter is as good as I can make it, and the RAA is secure in the NIC too. Last time I used the DiiMO it was good, and it's been wrapped in anti-static bags since then.
So any suggestions would definitely be appreciated. This was supposed to be a quick operation to speed up my web server, not to keep it offline. :(
