New question: Though I kinda like the desktop pattern I have on my "CC II", I don't think I'd keep System 7.5.3 just for it. What is the proper way to install system 7.1 on this machine? (or any machine that requires an enabler for that matter) The way I did it, which was evidently wrong was to boot from a floppy after the mobo transplant, put the new enabler (403 instead of 410) in the system folder, and reboot.
