You won't get a decent System 7 on a single floppy. Even with a HD, 7 is very slow. Do you have a HD in your SE? If so, you need the 6.0.8 install on 800Kb floppies.
Email me off list with your address (Norway?), but it will be a few days before I can get a floppy-writing Mac up running.
