Hello everyone i just go myself a brand new second hand Mac Classic. Now, i've never used these before and i ask myself many questions but first: how do i get it to boot! I get the floppy-with-a-question-mark icon.
I figured i would need a boot dick of some sort, so i got the system 6.0.8 disk off of apple via download, and since i dont have a floppy on my every day Mac, i switched to my pc to make the boot disk (yea i did get something that can read and make Mac disk -> MacDrive 5). Now well equiped, i tried the newly created disk in the Mac Classic's mouth only to have it rejected and still getting this floppy-with-a-question-mark icon. Can someone be kind enough and help me out? If not i'm afraid i will have to MacQuariumize the new old mac, and that'd be sad wouldn't it?
