Actually, the NuBus powermacs are supported--just not
officially.  I have successfully installed debian
woody and yellow dog 3 easily with the customer
kernels.

Google for Nubus linux kernel.  Using the Mklinux
booter, it works just fine.

On a related note, I have 2 Quadra 950s that work just
fine, sans hard drives.  If someone is interested in
one of them, you can have it for shipping alone. 
Possibly even both of them.  

Linux m68k works on them fine, just be prepared to
kludge out the hwclock.  Nothing like that for your
first linux install (as mine was)

Net and Open BSD also fully support it, so long as you
use serial console.  I believe adb isn't supported on
it.
