I have a Farallon PDS ethernet card in my Mac SE and with the card in the computer, it seems to be locking up. Furthermore, the utility on the driver disk seems not to detect a plugged in ethernet cable, and I have the switch on the back set to 'TP'(twisted-pair). Anyone know what causes this problem, or how to solve it? I have heard a bit about 100Base-T hubs causing issues, and that 10Base-T hubs must be used. I have a few pictures up of the device at http://mallratssuck.tomchu.com/se-ethernet . Thanks.
