I'm using Baton Mail on my SE/30 running 7.1 with lots of the 7.5.3 add ons. I'm using version 0.9.1b. I'm using Claris eMailer 1.1, and TCP/IP to connect via DSL. If you can't find it online (I think I found it on the Claris eMailer support page), send me a private email. I'm pretty sure the readme file said it was freeware.
