I was sitting here this warm funny Saturday, watching The Untouchables on TBS when suddenly, there was a commercial for a Bell and Howell ZX4 electric shaver (and nose hair trimmer!).

Is this the same Bell and Howell for whom Apple made the black Apple II's back in the day? I had thought Bell and Howell were an audiovisual company (atleast back then).

B&H seem to have a somewhat broader field of action. My personal recollection of them was as makers of consumer analog movie cameras, maybe the only product that made its way to Europe. Today they seem to be active in many fields, selling scanners, printers, rather low-end digital and analog cameras and the like. Seeing nose hair trimmers in their product range wouldn't surprise me.

Cheers, OM
