Hello All,
I have a quick question, similar to this one posed a little
while ago. I have a Mac Plus that boots to the "happy mac" screen and
the "disk" screen, and even occasionally will load up the one 800k
disk I have (the mac demo disk).
It is destined to have all the bits removed, and be upgraded via
a Mac Mini.
If you are interested in a trade, I'd be happy to ship this off
in exchange for one of those empty Plus shells you have.
Actually, if it could be fixed, or if there was a way to get
hold of the 800k version of System 5 or 6 that would be of interest
as well. I couldn't find a way to actually write to those old
floppies :)

By all means don't scrap the SE/30. At one time I bought one
just to keep my original SE/30 in parts. Now the only thing
original in my SE/30 is the case... everything else is a
transplant. You should be able to pickup a dead Plus really cheep.
