I've just bought a couple of adaptors off ebay (no. 8724955758):
I was told that they were adaptors for ADB mice and Macs Plus,
but on closer inspection, the mini-DIN connector has eight or
nine pin holes, not four. The adaptors are for attaching modems
or printers to 128K or 512K Macs.

Does anyone want them? The seller wants 350p delivered for the
pair, and I don't really want to subsidise someone else's Mac
128K collection.
