This is a code review request for the update of the file package to version 4.21. The webrev is at
http://companion.sunfreeware.com/downloads/filewebrev/ Details: 1. The source is updated and changed to .bz2 compression. This is reflected in the Makefile.sfw. 2. Version numbers are updated. 3. Copyright dates are changed where needed and sccs ids removed. 4. The METADATA file is updated. 5. A patch that is no longer needed is removed. This builds with no errors in a nightly build.
