Alan - From what I have been told, it looks like the rule should be that a package from the CCD can be removed if the code was moved elsewhere two releases before the current release. Now, since NV 73 is available for download and SUNWlibdsl was put into Nevada prior to two releases before that, we can go ahead and remove the CCD SDL package.
I can replace this code review request with a new request to remove the SDL package after I actually do the removal and make sure a nightly build is OK. Does this seem reasonable? There are a number of other such packages to remove and I will submit code reviews for those in the near future. Steve C.
