We, the team at Blastwave, have already begun work and we will have
all of the software packages from the Companion/SFW list rebuilt and
in a Solaris 11 branch shortly. These packages will go out onto all
of the mirrors and with a software catalog for automated dependency
resolution. I am going ahead with a preliminary snv_63 based
infrastructure in the CSW namespace at /opt/csw as well as sources to
be in /opt/csw/src. All of this is subject to revision later.

The user base has a "need" and when I see a "need" in a market space I fill it.
