The maintainer of ncurses & xterm pointed out on Usenet that
the license entries are wrong in the entries for xterm, vim & ncurses
on http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/companion/contributors/content/
They're all listed as GPLv2, but are really under other licenses:
xterm & ncurses - MIT/X11 (which seems to be called "X Consortium"
elsewhere in the table)
vim - a custom license ( http://www.vim.org/htmldoc/uganda.html )
