"You must also have installed the full set of CCD packages that are no 
less than two builds old."

is what the BuildCCD web page says.  I can send you a list of packages 
that MUST be installed before any nightly build attempt, but this is not 
a good idea, because, as Mike says, this can and will change.  Be safe, 
and install them all.  The order I install them (and some trivial shell 
scripts that do this) can be found in

http://opensolaris.org/os/project/companion/downloads/

in the link at the bottom of the page.

You should also use the most recent svn files and not an older tarball. 
   As soon as a few updates for top, cups, and sudo get
into the repository, I will generate new packages and tarball that were
built in NV 69.
