No details have been worked out, I believe it depends on
community participation, which I can't estimate until the
project finally starts.

Definitely no time line.  Things are starting very slowly,
mostly because of me being busy with other stuff, but seeing
the activity around spec-files-extra, I do think it'll
advance rapidly once I have the framework set up.
