Yes, but it wasn't clear to me from the previous document what would
happen with existing GNU utils in /usr/bin, prefixed with the g, it
mostly spoke of no new g-prefixed utils.
From what I understood, these were going to be left where they are, and
named as they are - I didn't see any specific mention of duplicating
these same programs in /usr/gnu without the prefix, which is the point
I'm making.
e.g.
/usr/bin/gzcat should be hard linked to /usr/gnu/bin/zcat
