A new Companion source tarball dated 20061215 is now available for download. Corresponding binary and source pacakges are also available. http://opensolaris.org/os/project/companion/downloads
It is no longer necessary to build the Companion as root. This tarball reflects the current state of the Companion SVN repository and contains the fixes for bug 6418795. marilyn
