Hi, The attached patch moves modifier handling into a separate top-level class along with CompScreen in order that modifier manipulation and conversion functions are exposed to plugins. It is required by vpswitch for example.
The patch has been tested and works fine and shouldn't require an ABI bump because no function in screen.h has been removed, only functions in privatescreen.h Kind Regards, Sam -- Sam Spilsbury
