The ADD Helper plugin doesn't do anything though (that I can see at
least).

Currently I have the behind windows fade out normally.  Issues arise
with a clicked window not letting a behind window fade properly and the
dektop not acting like a window for fading purposes (from what I can
tell right now).

Here are some screenshots so you can see more of what I am talking

Okay, maybe it uses the same system throughout, however I still think
the desktop should act as a fading point as well.
