Rework compiz plugins to support OpenGL|ES, which is a limited subset of
regular OpenGL. This is required so that we can support ARM platforms from the
main source tree in future, without patches.

It wasn't completed on time to make feature freeze. Although, realistically, it
was completed earlier than we expected just recently.
