Public bug reported: I have a dual monitor setup with one HDMI and one DVI monitor plugged directly into my on-board graphics card. When the HDMI monitor is switched off manually, or by power-saving I frequently (but not always) get a crash. This doesn't happen with the DVI monitor.
I am using ubuntu 13.04 (fresh install) although I did copy my home directory over from 12.10. Compiz is at version 1:0.9.9~daily13.04.18.1~13.04-0ubuntu1.
