Update on my comment: Another Hot Corner is still active (Scale), and I could also active the Hot Corner to show the desktop without the bug occuring again. However, the show-desktop option only works once, if I want it permanent I would have to deactivate the "show live previews..." option, which brings back this very bug and lets Hotcorner-"Scale" sometimes crash...
