I'm running elementary OS 0.31 and I'm experiencing this issue. Only
happens when you maximize the window and go back to window size. A quick
workaround at the moment is to miniseries the window and open it back up
again.
I'm using an Apple Macbook Air 6,2. elementary OS is on single boot.
