@petrosyan I'm still on fully up-to-date 16.04, Kernel 4.8 via HES packages.
I've just seen this again in syslog: gnome-session[3496]: I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/home/userX/.compiz/session/106261e716d9321ea1149497258226461600000034960003" This time, my whole gnome session crashed after this error occured. I was left with the login box, after that all desktop applications were closed.
