Summary: Duplicate filtermodule superimposition is not supported
Initial Comment:
FILTH currently operates purely on the FQN of filtermodules rather than using
binding information. This means that when a filtermodule is superimposed twice
it will create incorrect filtermodule orderings. Superimposing a filter module
twice does not have to be a wrong thing:
selector <- MyFilterModule('foo'), MyFilterModule('bar');
