directxmedia 5.x, saya coba download di Microsoft tidak ada, ada yang bisa

Ini utk versi VCD Cutter 3.31:
Instruction:
1. Use a hex editor, hex-edit VCDCUT.EXE
In hex mode, search for 8D8C241401000052
replace with B914D24200909052
2. Save the file as VCDCUT2.EXE
3. Run VCDCUT2.EXE
4. Right-click on VCDCutter, choose Configuration, Register, and
type in your name.
5. Click on the Register button.
6. A message box will appear, and your code will be displayed!!
7. Write down the code and delete VCDCUT2.exe.
