Yes, we've been victims of credit card fraud; mainly from international orders. As Aaron mentioned, we lost initial charge fees, potential profit, chargeback fee, and our caps as well! Our recourse? Absolutely nothing. What am I going to do, book a flight overseas and track down the crook? (oh I'd love to) But in reality, just chock it up to bad debt. As a result, we drastically altered our international credit card ordering filters. Sure we have and will continue to pay the price for fraud. That's why it's great to see someone finally cut through all the marketing hype and to show concise merchant account costs. What a great service.
