Bisa dicoba:
1. Exit to DOS. Delete semua file temp di folders C:\WINDOWS\TEMP
Check HD pake scandisk. Boot lagi.
2. Check ada virus nggak di HD-nya.
3. Kalau di Start-Up folder ada shortcut find-fast, coba di delete dulu
ke recycle bin.
4. Program di Systray ada banyak nggak? Kalau ya coba di inactive-kan
dulu.
5. Sudah install update SR1 dan SR2 untuk Office97?
6. Kalau masih pakai Win95, cek kalau yang retail, install Service Pack 1
update.
