WinME Overview Continued
The second biggest change that most users will rejoice upon hearing is the
addition of Fast Boot, which we just referred to when talking about the
omission of DOS. This helps to reduce OS load times and should get your
Windows up and running in a target time of 30 seconds or faster under
optimal conditions. This is a big improvement versus the 1:30 second times
we've seen office PCs throw down previously.
The other big additions to the Win9x core include a hodgepodge of changes
and utilities, which most users will find useful.
First up is the addition of the Home Networking wizard, which looks to
simplify setting up and configuring home networks for the average user.

So gue nggak tau apa maksudnya Home Networking disini, tapi menurut gue
