Kebiasaan, email sendiri di reply sendiri :p
Udah ketauan cara pertama, *ini hasil ngulik sendiri*
1. Buka Exchange Admin
2. Buka user's mailbox properties yang mau di set out-of-officenya
3. Rubah primary widows NT account di user's mailbox properties ke logon
kita/admin
4. Setting OL pake nama doi di logon kita, terus baru deh di set out of
officenya
5. Balikin lagi ke awal settingnya

Kalo ada cara yang lain please inform yah :), I really appreciate it lah..
