Tempo hari saya posting yg berkaitan dgn hal ini. Kabarnya sih bandwidtnya diturunin. Nah, gimana ngebuktiinya kalo bandwidth per user diturunin? Katanya dgn cara capping. Apa sih capping itu? Ada utility khusus/perintah khusus buat Windows/*NIX?
