I'll join the queue! No publication, but libego was very helpful when I
started looking at my CUDA implementation (which I still have not had time
to upload...). I used some of the data structures, and discarded others
because of the very different architecture.

It looks like if you want to make a claim on the side that libego has
influenced several Go implementations in addition to being used in
publications, you're on safe ground :)
