I wrote a Chrome extension a few years back that adds a right-click context menu to any .sgf link to open it in EidoGo. Sounds like it's what you need; the link is: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/send-to-eidogo/hogoakdnajajileklmmknimgiglijodj
