Self-initiative is always very welcome in the EGC events. Sibiu is in Romania, and professional player Catalin Taranu (5p) comes from Romania. So, he will be very likely present in the event, and perhaps he is willing to play a demonstration game against Crazy Stone or some other bot. (He did so in EGC 2012 in Bad Godesberg.) Regards, Ingo.
