There are a millions of ways by which you can retrieve data from flash drives. And as far as there repairance is concerned I think they can't be repaired. You can google the softwares for these purposes. I will also try give a few names. As far as the file concerned I think it would be harmful as DAP doesn't downloads anything as of its own. So you also do a system check for spyware and viruses. I hope my suggestions help. Anvesh
