Many thanks to everyone who responded to my question.
I use color for craft projects (example, color coded knitting patterns; printing artwork for miniatures). The Stylus is a printer/scanner/copier, in ad. However, in addition to the waste of the very costly ink and the messy output. It appears, though, that multi-function isn't always the most efficient way to go. I'll keep your suggestions in mind when I start to shop in earnest for a replacement. -- Terry ************************************************************************ * ==> QUICK LIST-COMMAND REFERENCE - Put the following commands in <== * ==> the body of an email & send 'em to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] <== * Join the list: SUBSCRIBE COMPUTERGUYS-L Your Name * Too much mail?
