I have a little trouble comprehending this post, but you are only allowed one machine for each C&PK. It sounds to me like you have 3 xp certs, and 3 machines running xp. if you want to go from 3 XP to 5 xp, you have to have 5 copies of xp. if you decommission a machine, you can transfer the xp.
