You can convert RealAudio to MP3 with ram2mp3. It's command line, but fairly straightforward--Windows, Mac, Unix-- http://kenwardtown.com/ram2mp3/, http://snipurl.com/1w608, http://snipurl.com/1w608, or record to MP3 in real time using a script [I do this with iCal and WireTap--sometimes while I'm sleeping].
