My 6200 has DVI out which I connect to my TV's HDMI port.for video. For surround sound I use my sound card directly into my amp. My HD5000 card was the only item on which I overspent. I paid $100 new online for it and could have paid half that on eBay. If I were to set up a gigabit network in my house I could stream the video to anywhere. The gigabit is a must for the HiDef stuff. As it is I just watch TV on my one TV and am quite content with that.
