The data rate for uncompressed 24p 1920x1080 (HD) video is 746 Mbps.

Old SATA/150 at 1200 Mbps exceeds that by a good margin.
Current SATA/300 at 2400 Mbps can do that easily.
The latest SATA/600 at 4800 Mbps can handle multiple streams easily.
